The Harbour Point docks offer 256 covered boat slips. Each slip provides fresh water, shore power and a dock box for use by the slip owner. Boat lifts and jet ski ports are allowed. The HOA handles all boat slip transactions. The fee for slip rights is $70,000. You are guaranteed to get back the greater amount between what you paid or 80% of the current price when you sell your home.
